Our client are a small but fast growing Ad Agency who have amazing offices in Soho, the offices are a real show case for clients and our client are extremely proud of them. They are now looking for a fantastic office assistant to come and work for them, somebody who will really love and care for this gorgeous office space and to take ownership of this role to ensure the space looking immaculate and at it's best at all times and to help with the slick running of this busy office. The role will be to collect clients and visitors from the reception area and take them up to the office, provide refreshments as and when needed, set up and clear down meeting rooms, organise refreshments and equipment, ensure the kitchen is kept tidy and that the office space is tidy and organised. You will also help organise travel both domestic and international for staff members, assist with mini projects, assist the EA with internal and external events such as summer away day, christmas party, birthday's etc. You will need to have a minimum of 6 months office experience and ideally have worked in a media related office, you will be hardworking and will be a stickler for detail, you must be happy to be in a role where you are on your feet rather than stuck behind a desk so you must have bags of energy and a real enthusiasm.
