Creative, innovative award winning Digital Agency are looking for a Receptionist/Office Assistant to support the office management team in the smooth running of a busy and fast-growing agency, providing a professional and friendly Receptionist service. The role is based in amazing offices in a fantastic location and hours are 8am - 5pm so you must be good with an early start! Your responsibilities will include: Answering phone, transferring calls or email messages as appropriate, provide support to the operations manager by assisting with research projects, facilities issues and other offie related requests. Provide refreshments for meetings and ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy, order lunches for meetings, ensure the kitchen and office are clean and tidy, distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing post. Manage meeting room booking process, book travel, hotels for staff and provide over flow PA support to senior staff as and when required. You will ideally come from a media background but this is not essential but you must be super friendly, professional manner both internally and with clients, have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and have excellent attention to detail.
